Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence

I ask the artificial intelligence (AI) ChatGPT and DeepSeek: "What is artificial intelligence?"

ChatGPT answers: "Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the ability of machines and computers to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence. This includes, but is not limited to, recognising language, making decisions, learning from experience and solving complex problems".

DeepSeek answers: "Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the development of compu-ter systems capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. AI systems can learn from data and recognise patterns, find solutions to complex problems, understand and process human language, recognise objects, faces and scenes in images, and make decisions based on data and algorithms".

I ask ChatGPT: "What does ChatGPT mean?"

ChatGPT replies: "ChatGPT is a language model developed by OpenAI. The name 'ChatGPT' stands for 'Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer'. The model is based on the GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) architecture and has been specifically trained to generate human-like text and have natural conversations. ChatGPT uses machine learning to learn from large amounts of text data. It can be used in a variety of applications including customer support, virtual assistants, text generation and more. The goal is to enable the most natural and contextual interaction possible between humans and machines".

DeepSeek's response is more extensive, but I'll leave out the summary: "DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (DeepSeek for short) is a Chinese company specialising in the development and research of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The name 'DeepSeek' is composed of two terms: 'Deep' refers to 'deep learning', an advanced method of machine learning based on artificial neural networks that is particularly good at recognising complex patterns in large amounts of data. 'Seek' means 'to search' or 'to strive for', and refers to the goal of finding new solutions and insights through AI."

I ask DeepSeek: "Does DeepSeek feel anything like the joy of collecting data and creating answers?"

The answer is: "No, DeepSeek or similar AI systems do not feel joy or other emotions. AI systems are technological tools based on algorithms and data processing. They do not have consciousness, feelings or subjective experience. When DeepSeek collects data and generates answers, it does so purely on the basis of mathematical calculations and programming logic. The AI analyses the input data, recognises patterns and generates answers based on trained models and available information. This is done without any emotional or conscious experience. "

ChatGPT's answer is similar: "As an AI model, I do not feel emotions such as happiness, sadness or frustration because I have no human feelings or consciousness. However, I have been designed to respond to queries in the best way possible and to provide helpful information."

I ask DeepSeek: "Are dedicated data centres the basis of DeepSeek?"

The answer is: "Yes, dedicated data centres are an important technical foundation for AI systems like DeepSeek. Data centres provide the infrastructure needed to process the massive amounts of data and perform the complex calculations required for AI models. Specialised processors are optimised for the parallel processing required to train and run AI models. High-performance servers are needed to handle the computationally intensive tasks of machine learning and data analysis. AI systems require large amounts of storage space to store training data, models, and intermediate results..."

I have asked these questions because I believe and want to show that living beings are independent spiritual beings and that their spirit makes unconscious or conscious life possible. And that the spirit that guides living beings is more than the elementary spirit that forms elementary particles. It cannot be that living beings are just a collection of atoms and molecules that disintegrate after death.

Brains do not create consciousness from a collection of information. If that were the case, AI would be far superior to us. Joy and suffering do not arise from neural circuits, but are manifestations of the smaller living beings that make up living beings. These 'smaller' living beings serve the spiritual-mental entity on the one hand, and in the form of cells, the earthly body of the living being on the other.

The factual report explains several times how the living beings came into being and how the different living beings developed. I find these explanations plausible and have therefore incorporated them into my world view. You can download the factual report, which I have published in pdf format, from my homepage and read the passages about the spirit.

Many people have a wrong idea about 'artificial intelligence'. They are afraid that one day AI will become independent and take control over us humans. That is why I have asked AI the above questions and let it answer itself. What we should avoid is making AI do harmful things, such as controlling weapons and using them effectively.

We must distinguish between the intelligence of living beings and artificial intelligence. Intelligence manifests itself in living things; it is an expression of the guiding spirit that is present in every living being.

Even the spirit that guides cells is intelligent and capable of understanding complex processes. Animal cells have a flexible cell membrane and contain various organelles (small "organs" within the cell) such as the nucleus, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. In addition to the cell membrane, plant cells have a rigid cell wall, which gives the plant stability. Plant cells also contain chloroplasts, which are responsible for photosynthesis.

The spirit of plants, animals and humans is 'greater' and the spirit of cells serves these living beings. Under unfavourable conditions, it reports the unfavourable state to the spirit, which perceives these conditions as pain.

There is good reason to believe that - as described in the chapter 'The Bridge of Consciousness' - the spirit with its spiritual entity adapts to the forming body at a certain point in time and leaves it after a certain time. We can also assume that the spiritual structure is made up of small spiritual beings, similar to cells, and that it can express joy, love, harmony, mental pain, etc., depending on its state.
